This wire feeder can be used for the welding machine which the welding current is less than 160A, the welding machine can work at spot weld and continued weld.

1)This wire feeder use our own designed motor which is special for welding machine with a gear ratio is 20/1, it works at low noise and high torque.

 

2)The standard motor for this style wire feeder is 45W 180RPM, also you can use the 65w 200rpm motor and 65w 220rpm motor.

 

3)The handle of wire feeder frame can be fixed on the right side or left side. The roll can use the 30mm*22mm rolls or 40mm*32mm rolls.

 

4)The motor can be fixed encoder , hall-sensor and opto-switch.

How to distinguish the type of feed frame?

 

For example: P402D-AV0.8/1.0

P     means plastic feed frame, casting feed frame without “P”.

402 is the code for wire feed frame. We have 20 401 402 404 501 504 P504 series.

D     is the position of handle (looked from the positive direction),“D”is the righ handle,            “E”is the left handle.

A     is the diameter of roll, Unit:mm. “A”means the roll diameter is φ30,“B”means the             roll diameter is φ40.

V     is the type of roll,we have V, U, K, three type. “V”fit to steel wire,“U”fit to fluxcore             wire and “K”fit to aluminium wire.

0.8/1.0 is the trough dimension of roll, unit:mm,the figure same as the welding machine              diameter.We can change it for you.

 

The feed-roll dimension can change it for your welding wire size. Our Standard feed-roll size: 0.6/0.8,0.8/0.9,0.8/1.0,1.0/1.2, 1.2/1.6,1.6/2.0,2.0/2.4.
