The soup contains no chemical seasonings and is made with the finest ingredients.

■Appeal points
This ramen (noodles) is made from wheat flour, specifically 100% Japanese domestic wheat flour with no brine.
Japanese wheat flour is free from post-harvest.
The fried oil used for noodles is 100％ vegetable oil.
The soup is made from seafood and vegetable broth, and does not contain beef, pork, chicken.
What is brine?
Brine has been used to make the noodles chewy, and recently many of them have been synthetic.
It is said that if we take too much brine in chemical synthesis, its ingredient and strong alkaline affects the health.
Most of domestic flour is medium-strength flour (All Purpose flour).
It has less protein than bread flour. It is therefore difficult to make chewy noodles.
So we add gluten and so on, to make chewy noodles.
■How to use
1. Cook noodle in boiling water (500ml) for 2~3 minutes. When the noodles come loose, turn off the heat.
2. Pour the attached noodles soup in hot water.
Enjoy the hot noodle!
Add your favorite vegetables to make it even more delicious!
