Performance and Application


 


1,The product is non-toxic, non irritant, water-soluble, soluble in water and a variety of organic solvents. It is an important raw material for a new generation of superplasticizer.


 


2,The product has narrow molecular weight distribution, low polyethylene glycol content, high double bond retention rate, greatly improved polymerization activity, high product conversion rate, high effective content of polycarboxylic acid water reducer product synthesized by it, and excellent comprehensive performance of water reducer.


 


3,The synthetic water reducing agent of this product has high-efficiency particle dispersion and retention ability, good dispersion effect on many powder materials such as cement, high water reducing rate, low cement consumption, adding concrete water reducing agent with cement quality of 0.2% - 05%, water reducing rate can reach more than 35%.


 


4,After adding water reducing agent into concrete, the surface of cement particles will form adsorption film, which will slow down the hydration speed of cement, improve the growth of cement crystal, reduce the capillary space of water evaporation, and make the network structure more compact, which can increase the strength of concrete by more than 25%. It can be used in high strength (above C60) commercial concrete.


 


5,The synthetic water reducing agent of the product can greatly improve the rheology and plasticity of concrete, realize the concrete construction by means of self flow, pumping and no vibration, improve the construction speed and reduce the construction cost.


 


6,This product is a green environmental protection product with chloride ion content ≤ 0.1%. Comply with ISO14001 international environmental protection management standard.
