Product Description




OCM-5021 is a small sweeper with special chassis integral structure. It has superior performance, beautiful appearance and flexible operation. OCM-5021 road sweeper adopts imported diesel engine, and all operations are completed by hydraulic transmission.
Two sweeping brushes are arranged on both sides in front of the cab, and the suction port is arranged in the middle under the cab. The suction system of road sweeper is air circulation and back-blowing structure. Some air flows are filtered by bag filter and discharged. No secondary air and dust pollution will occur during cleaning operation. This type of road sweeper can be used for dry and wet cleaning.


Characteristics:
1. The 240L standard garbage bin can be replaced at any time, making it easy to dump the garbage and clean the machine.
2. Flexible steering, small turning radius, can clean narrow spaces and corners. It has good shock absorption performance and can adapt to uneven road driving and climbing along the stone.
3. Equipped with a hand-held suction hose for vacuuming in areas such as green belts and puddles.
4. There is a water mist nozzle on the side brush, and the water pump can be sprayed to reduce dust according to the road condition during the cleaning operation, and the water volume can be adjusted.
5. Equipped with split air condition, with comfortable operation environment.
6. It is equipped with color LCD monitor, which can observe the condition behind the car when cleaning and reversing.
7. Panoramic glass structure is adopted on both sides of the front windshield and the rear of the cab. The operating field is wide. A glass window for observing the cleaning condition is installed on the bottom of the cab.
8. The water tank, hydraulic oil tank and diesel fuel tank are all made by rotomolding process. They are light in weight, have good anti-corrosion performance, and have an extremely long service life, which not only has a beautiful appearance but also reduces the weight of the whole machine.
9. The disc brush with unique structure has high cleaning rate, low wear and dust, and reduces operation cost.
10. Adopting special filter and dust removal device, it has large filtering area, good air permeability, high filtering precision.
11. The key components are imported from Europe and the United States, ensuring the reliability of the whole machine.
12. The sweeping speed is controlled by an electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic valve, which is steplessly adjusted by the instrument control knob.
