Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are factory and owned 3 different factories(Yarn processing,Weaving and dyeing) with 500 workers in total.
Q2: How can I get the price of the fabric which is not on the shelf?
A2: 1) If you know the exact composition,construction,density,width and other specifications of the fabric,tell us your
requirements.Then we will check it and back to you as soon as possible .
2) If you have a sample but have no idea of it ,you can send the sample to us.We will quote based on it.
3) If you have only pictures, you can send us the picture with any specifications or the end usage you know.We will give our advice for you.Of course,the price depends on the sample.
Q3:How about Shipping Method and Shipping Time.
A3:Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country.
By air port to port: about 7-12 days depends on port.
By sea port to port: about 20-35 days.
Q4:If i place a custom order,how can i know the progress of the order?
A4:We will arrange a merchandiser for you ,he will give you the progress report.Of course you can ask us anything about the order at anytime, we will get back to you as soon as we see the e-mail or the message.
