General Introduction:
It is used to measure MFR value of melt flow rate of various plastics and resins in viscous flow state. It is not only suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics and nylon with higher melting temperature, but also suitable for testing plastics with lower melting temperature such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM) and polycarbonate (PC) resin.
The melt flow rate meter is applicable to the determination of thermoplastic melt mass flow rate specified in the national standard GB/T3682-2000 Determination of Melt Mass Flow Rate and Melt Volume Flow Rate of Thermoplastics. This standard is equivalent to ISO 1133:1997 and can meet ASTM D1238 test standard.
The melt flow rate meter is a desktop structure, with reasonable design, stable and reliable performance, beautiful appearance and convenient operation. The high-performance and high-precision control meter has the characteristics of high sampling precision and fast control rate, and the fuzzy PID algorithm is used for constant temperature control.
Highlights
1. The heating cylinder is made of Hastelloy, so as to avoid oxidation and rusting of the melt flow rate meter when working at high temperature (up to 400~500℃) for a long time.
2. Dual sensor configuration, accurate temperature control, better temperature gradient and longer service life.
3. According to the requirements of the national standard, add a four-minute countdown function after charging.
