9.HOW TO GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF YOUR GOODS?
Firstly, we will do the inspection after every process. For the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the
customers’ requirements and the international standard.
Secondly, we have our own testing lab and the advanced and complete inspection equipment in the casting industry, including
CMM inspection machine ,tensile testing machine, flaw detector spectroanalysis instrument, Salt mist testing machine, etc.
10.WHAT’S THE PAYMENT TERM?
When we quote for you, we will confirm with you the way of transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. For mass production goods,
you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The common way is by T/T.
L/C is also acceptable.
11.HOW TO DELIVER THE GOODS TO US?
Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea, because we are in Ningbo Beilun, and we are only 10 minutes away from the
Ningbo Port, it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries. Of course, if your goods are very urgent, the Ningbo Airport and Shanghai Airport are also very nearby.
12.Can I have a sample order for Die casting product?
Yes, we accept samples orders and small batch orders to verify dimensions and function during development.
13.Do you have any MOQ limit for Die casting product order?
Yes, 1000pcs per order per style.
14.How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, customer provide the photoes for our analysis;
Secondly, we analyze the cause from the source and prevent the outflow of goods;
Thirdly, correct immediately after finding out the reason, and complete within the time limit agreed by both parties;
Forthly, we will send new products to replace the defect batch.
