A: ALLSEA Boats are superior structures, built at our factory to European CE Certifications standards.
B: The material used is marine grade alloy certified, with a 5 mm plate hull throughout, and 4 mm plates on structural components.
C: Our boats have fully welded sealed alloy decks, and have fully welded frames and girders, ensuring that structural members are not left floating and unfixed as in all other brands.
D: All welders and fabricators at our factory are certified marine specialists.
E: To ensure the utmost quality, full on site chemical, physical and weight testing is undertaken of all raw materials.
F: All designs are prepared by naval architects on CAD software.
G: All plate aluminium cutting is computerised allowing for the perfect fit.
H: Every hull is personally inspected over and over and welds are tested for defects, fuel and water tanks are baffled and pressure tested.
I: Additionally, every boat is personally thoroughly inspected before it leaves the factory.

2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the cross joint of seam and other important place .
3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced qualified welders .
4) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing .
5) Solid floors will be provided at every frame station , the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm ."
