1. MOQ?
MOQ is 300pcs-500pcs per color.(Can be negotiated)
2. Custom Design is ok or not?
Yes, custom designs are welcome! You can also change the materials, colors, size and even the bags’ structure!
3. Private logo is ok?
Yes, you can choose metal logo plaque, printing logo, embossing logo(with or without foil), embroidery logo, or add inner logo
labels.
4. Custom Package is ok or not?
Yes, custom package are welcome. You can make custom packaging box, custom drawstring packaging bag and add promo card, thanks
card and bar code labels.
5. Refund Sample Fee or not?
Sample fee would be refund to you if your order quantity is over 2000pcs.
6. Quality Assurance?
Our factory has our own QC team. And we accept a third party inspection in our factory too!
7. Lead time for sample and mass production?
Sample: 3-5 working days.
Mass production: 25-35 days after deposit.
8. Payment Terms.
30% deposit, 70% balance payment arranged before shipping.
9. Certification
ISO9001, ISO14001, Sedex, BSCI, AVON Certificate, Wal-Mart Certificate.
10. Shipping Option.
Airway shipping, sea shipping, Express(Fedex, DHL,UPS, TNT...)
