A1: For the lamps, we have a 1-year warranty.

Q2:How do you ensure the quality?

A2:We get three QC processes:1.For raw material. 2.During the half of production. 3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours.

Q3:What is the difference between LED lamp rated power and actual power?

A3:LED lamp with the rated power and the actual power. The rated power is based on the lamp voltage and current,
count to the theoretical value. But for practical application, the current can not be a fully-loaded operation and some power dissipation. Thanks for your kindly understanding.

Q4:How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?

A4:First, take pictures or video proof and send it to us. We will replace new ones for free.

Q5:OEM or ODE accepted?

A5:Yes, we can do OEM & ODM, logo on the light or package both are available.
