Q: How long is the lead time?
A: It is depending on what you order and how large your order is. Normally it is around 1 to 2 weeks. We'll confirm with you by email before placing the order.
Q: How do you pack the aircrafts?
A: If without special requirement, we pack the aircrafts with high quality hard carton boxes. Aluminum transport cases are also available, but they will be additionally charged.
Q: What about the warranty?
A: For the aircrafts, most damages of aircrafts happened during the flight. Mugin UAV warrants the airframes to be free from defect in design, upon receipt of the airframes. We are not responsible for owner changes during build, electronics installation, or issues that may arise during initial flight tests. For other products like cameras, motors, engines and other electronics, they are brand new and come with manufacturer's warranty.
