A3: Yes. We will produce 1pc customized sample according to your artwork and size chart for your checking before the production.
Q4: Can I use my own sizing chart?
A4: Yes, we could ask template designer to create a new template for you.
Q5: What's your sample policy?
A5: Sample fee is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on quantity of your bulk order.
Q6: What about lead-time for the customized sample?
A6 : It is about 1-3 days after all information confirmed .

Q7: What about the production lead-time?
A7: Normally, it is within 15 days. 2-3 days for urgent orders.
