Description:
IOTA-F663A,B Liquid Silicone rubber foam is a kind of addition cure silicone rubber, belongs to two-component addition cure
silicone rubber. It is composed by two components, two components in a weight ratio of 1: 1 mixture began to foam and then formed
to low density silicone rubber like foam.
Uses:
Silicone rubber foam mainly used to make silicone rubber foam seal strip, Seismic silicone foam board, silicone foam sheet, Copier
transfer printing roller sponge tube, Printer axis sponge tube, Silicone foam insulation pipe and etc. It is mainly used as shock
absorption parts and can also be used for bags padding and etc.
Properties:
1. Has excellent heat resistance, the temperature can reach 300 degrees.
2. Soft and flexible, it is good environmental filler material.
Production process:
Pouring A,B component, ratio 1:1. Mixing fully, then it begins foam.
Packing:
A/B silicone rubber all packed in 20kg, 200kg/drum.
Storage:
1. The quality guarantee time is 1 year. Please use within this time.
2. Belongs to non-dangerous goods. Transportation according to general chemical transport.
