MIG Flux Core Welding
1. Put 1kg flux cored wire（1.0mm）into the machine, use 1.0 contact tip and let the welding wire enter the welding wire guide of
the welding torch. Then put the switch to 1.0 mm position. (There are 1.0 mm flux-cored welding wires in the accessories, and 0.8
and 1.0 contact tips. If you put on the 0.8 mm flux cored wire, please use 0.8 mm contact tip and chose the 0.8 mm function or
SYNERGIC MODE.)
2. Connect the ground clamp to the positive pole of the front panel.
3. Connect the ground clamp to the work-piece to be welded.
Our machine will be tested again before leaving the factory, so there will be a slight trace of use on the welding torch, please
don’t take the order if you mind.
