A1: Yes, we can. If you have your own design, pls send us your artwork. Our professional designer
and engineer could make what you really want as your request.
Q2: If we are urgent to get the merchandise, can you do it?
A2: Yes, we can. Urgent lead time would be treated specially. After the order,
we would arrange the mass production without any delay and transport on the date
as your request.
Q3: Can you send us your sample before placing the order for our reference?
A3: If the sample you need is exsisting, we could provide. While if it isnt, you should pay the mould
charge first and then we will make the samples for you.
Q4: If the goods you sent us have problems, what shall we do?
A4: Take photos and write down the problem details--send it by email-- we provide solutions
-- negotiate and select a good solution--solve problem.
