A2:Yes.Existing stock samples can be sent immediately, and customized samples with customer's design can be ready in 5-7days. And the mass production lead time:10-15 days based on MOQ quantity.
Q3:What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
A3:We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, Al, CDR or PDF, etc.We will draw artwork for mold or printing sketh for you.
Q4:What's the sample policy?
A4:Existing sample it free, but the shipping express fee is borned by the buyer. If OEM samples is required, sample charge will be incurred, we will quote accurate cost upon customer's design.
Q5: What's the shipping way?
A5:For small quality we can send the goods by DHL/Fedex express. For bigger quantity, we will arrange boat or air shipment according to client's demands.
Q6:How Can you ensure the quality inspection?
A6:We have the inspection standard according to AQL 1.5, and we will send you shipment samples for bulk delivery if you needed.
