Products Description
PTFE lined self-lubricating bearing also called DU bushing, dry bushing, DU bearing, teflon bushing,PTFE coated bearing,SF-1 oilless bearing, PTFE liner metal polymer composite bearing and PTFE based plain bearing. This type of DU bush takes PTFE layer as sliding layer which makes products can perform very well under dry condition or oil condition.
Oilless self-lubricating, low noise, thin-walled design, small structure, and long-term wear resistance. It is a new type of
bearing that replaces the needle bearing, powder metal bearing and copper alloy bearing. Suitable for dry running with a low coefficient of friction,low wear rate, good sliding characteristics, the transfer film created will protect the mating metal
surface.Suitable for rotary and oscillating movement, high chemical resistance, lower absorption of water and reduced swelling.Also performs well with lubrication.

①. PTFE/Fiber mixture thickness 0.01~0.03mm, provides an excellent initial transfer film, which effectively coats the mating surfaces of the bearing assembly, forming an oxide type solid lubricant film.
②. Sintered bronze powder thickness 0.20-0.35mm,provides Max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface,also serves as a reservoir for the PTFE-Fiber
③. Low-carbon steel,gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
④. Copper/Tin plating thickness 0.002mm, provides good corrosion resistance.

Depending upon application requirements, SF-1 Series self lubricating bearing can be produced in many shapes like cylinderical, flanged, thrust washer, slide plate and customized etc, and sizes from inner diameters 6mm to more than 300mm. The type of loading applied to the bearing will determine which bearing shape is required.
Standard sized parts for a wide range of bearing products with basic dimensions (inner diameter, outer diameter, length, etc.)according to international standards are available. Special bearings with additional functionality can be produced to customer specifications and requirements.

4.cut the strip into small pieces as per the size of bushings
5.forming : wrap up the small pieces into a rough cylinderical shape
6.shaping: shape according to international standards normally DIN1494 but can be customized.
7. chamfer: a cut made along an edge or on a corner so that it slopes rather than being at 90˚

9. polising: to make the surface of bushings smooth and shiny
