Q: Can you do OEM order?
A:Yes, OEM is available. Please provide us with your logo design in pdf or psd files.

Q: Do you accept sample order or trail orders of small quantity?
A: Yes, we do accept orders of smaller amount because we have products in stock and ready to ship.
New clients are expected to pay for the sample and shipping cost, and sample charge will be deducted from the payment for minimum
order of 1000pcs.
Q: What is you MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 1 pc for RTS. But for OEM usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs per item , but we also accept lower quantity after further
negotiation. Please feel free to contact us to let us know how many pieces you intend to order and we will calculate the suitable
cost. We are looking forward to have a long term relationship with you.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: With small quantity orders, we have the products in stock and ready to ship. For larger quantity please contact us and we will
provide the actual lead time depend on how many pieces you intend to order.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A:It depends on the item size, weight, quantity and the destination.
If you want the item to arrive within 7-15 days, we can ship them via air express, such as FEDEX,DHL,UPS,TNT. But it’s usually
much more expensive than by sea.
If the item is large or of large quantity, we will recommend shipping by sea or train to reduce your shipping cost.
You can also choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
Q: Is there any discount available?
A: We have a ladder discount system. The more you order, the cheaper the price will be.
Also, we would provide seasonal discounts to our senior customers from time to time.
Q:How about the sample time?
A: Sample time is around 3~10days after the sample order is confirmed.
Q: What is the payment?
A: We accept T/T and the Alibaba Trade assurance orders.
For OEM orders, the payment term is 30% deposit, and balance is paid before the goods are shipped.
