Product Description
This machine has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, operation and maintenance, and wide range of use. It is suitable for crushing corn, wheat, beans, coarse cereals, straws, vines, dry and fresh potatoes, leaf shells and other food and feed. It can also crush low hardness minerals such as gypsum, lead powder, slippery powder, rare earth, chemical industry, clay, coal and other low hardness minerals, as well as a variety of traditional Chinese medicine.
The crusher is composed of the main grinding machine, cyclone separator, dust box and induced draft fan. The machine adopts movable gear plate and fixed gear ring, and the screen ring material is wide in the impact shear and friction. At the same time, when the movable gear plate rotates at a high speed, a strong air flow is generated, and the heat of the crushing chamber and the material flow out quickly from the screen. The control of particle size can be determined by changing the screen, and the material can be recovered by one or two stages without dust. The whole machine is made of high quality cast iron.
