2: Provide free sample?
A: Yes, Color sample is available, but you will pay for the freight cost
3. What is your payment term?
A: Normally, we accept 50% deposit by TT before production, balance to be paid before loading.
4: What is the available packing?
A: Corrugated carton for Fully assembled item, flat packed top-bottom for knock down unit; Wooden crate is available for fragile and giant heavy product.
5: Is there OEM services?
A: Yes, Company logo or name can be printed on the package.
6: What is your MOQ?
A: We do not have a MOQ. But we proposal customer to purchase 1*20STD to keep Full Container Load, safe shipping.
7. How to get a price from you?
A: We do need you to send us project progress, product requirement as well as all related documents which could help us to understand well of your project. Then we will discuss with you and quote you a best price.
8. Do you provide design service if I send project information and floor to you?
A: Sure, we provide CAD drawing based on your floor plan. 3D rendering design will be offered on charge.
9. What is your payment term?
A: Normally, we accept 50% deposit by TT before production, balance to be paid before loading.

A: Our principal price term is FOB China. We could also price on EXW, CIF, DDU.

13. How do we assure the quality?
A. Your QC inspector is welcome to do inspection at our factory. Or start a video meeting with our sales and QC on line inspection. Jincheng always do self-inspection and take photos of each cabinet/dimension/detail. Photos will be saved into computer and mail to you.
