Product details :

  plating diamond sand on the surface of the 45# steel .Good wear resistance , efficient , it’s suitable for high hardness metal filing .

 Feature :

wear resistance , closely arranged diamond sand , not easy to fall off , keep sharp , permanent wearability .

 Surface finish :

Nickel plating of matrix , shone , high finish ; the finish of file part affected by emery grain size . Emery finer , rasp finish better . Grain size are 120# and 150# .

The use of diamond files

( 1 ) Used for grinding ordinary flat glass , frosted glass , sandblasted glass , embossed glass , wired glass , hollow glass , sandwich glass , glass brick . Grain size is between 120 - 150 . Not collapse , high efficiency . After polishing the glass surface bright and clean.

( 2 ) Used for cutting and grinding granite , basalt , limestone , dolomite , sandstone , marble etc. Sharp enough, grinding speed, for long hours using , not collapse . After polishing the stone surface is bright and clean.

( 3 ) Used for grinding over glaze , under glaze , blue and white , wall tile , tile , sanitary ware , ceramic knob , silicate containing products , silicon wafer etc . Sharp , for short hours using , not collapse . After polishing the ceramic surface bright and clean .

4 ) Used for polishing other metal products , such as aluminum , stainless steel etc . If polishing rapid steel and tungsten steel , plating CBN sand , because CBN sand is more sharp .

Q.How can I get a sample?
A. We usually provide customer existing sample with free charge but you need to pay the freight cost. And if you need sample in
your OEM color and print, we will charge you sample costs, and the costs are refundable once the order is placed.

Q.What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
For printing design, we need AI and PDF file.
