Product Description
The edible straw production equipment developed by Jinan Linyang Machinery Co., Ltd. takes rice flour and cassava flour as raw materials and twin-screw extruder as main equipment. After extrusion, ripening, drying and cutting. A smooth, lifelike straw. Edible rice straw processing line has unique technology, reasonable configuration, high degree of automation, stable performance, environmental protection and pollution-free. It can also be used directly after use. The straw can last for two to three hours in hot drinks and longer in cold drinks. After tasting the straw, it's crispy and a bit like rice pot.
Process flow of edible straw production line
Material mixing → feeding → extrusion curing → continuous pipe cutting → hanging machine → automatic rod hanging → drying → air cooling → automatic rod lowering → fixed length cutting → packaging

2. Direct connection drive between motor and distribution box, less energy loss
3. Imported bearing set, strong bearing capacity
4. The cylinder is equipped with water injection cooling device to better meet the requirements of raw materials and quality.

6. Block type combined screw, can be combined randomly according to different raw materials and products
