Product description
Butyl sound-proof and anti-shock plate adopt the new formula of butyl rubber and environmental high-polymer material ,and is covered with 0.1mm of aluminum foil that is coated with environment polyester paint on the surface ,which has good corrosion resistance and can ensure highly stable surface of the aluminum foil,it is not easy to be oxidized,and can reduce the influence that the aluminum oxidation brings to human body,it has good performance,initial adhesion and persistence adhesion,In the RHOS detection of the environment,the following substance are not detected : Pb,Cd,Cr+6,Hg, PBBs , PBDE, ect.
Main use
The product is mainly used for shock absorption for the surface of the automotive chassis ,car door and other metal parts,and it can effectively reduce the noise produced by the structural shock and be used for the sealing and sound insulation of houses.

The product will not flow under 120 degree centigrade of high temperature,nor lose the elasticity under -40 degree centigrade of the low temperature
