Precision Thickness Checker for Measuring The Thickness of Crystal Wafer and Any Sample

 

 

 


 


 


EQ-SKCH is a simple, cost-effective, and precision device for measuring the thickness of crystal wafer and any sample during lapping and polishing, also can be used for measuring thermal expansion of the solid-state battery. The fixture consists of a precision granite flat plate and precision dial or digital micrometer with a resolution of 0.001 mm.

· Please select the micrometer in the optional bar: Dial or Digital micrometer.


· Mechanical dial micrometer: 1-micron resolution (0.001 mm). (Pic.1)
