A: Please let us know the material you usually use and all your requirements on the finished products.We will advise the most suitable machine for you.And we will test the machine and send you the testing video after the machine is done.Finally we will ship the machine after you are satisfied on everything.
2 Q: What's the warranty of your products and how about the after-sale service?
A: Usually it’s 1 year.We will provide one-to-one video service for free after you buy the machines.
3 Q: How to ship your products to us?
A: You are always advised to choose FedEx, DHL ,UPS, TNT if your order is not so large,
if your order is large, by air or by sea can save a lot of shipping cost.And it’s also depending on the total weight of your order.We will check the shipping cost and choose the most suitable transportation for you.
4 Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of Bank, T/T, West union payment or Paypal.
5 Q: How about the delivery time?
