How to charge sample?Can it be refunded?

For a new customer,kindly please understand we need you to charge a reasonable sample price.The amount would be quoted before the task acted.

For an old customer,we would evalute if the sample cost can be ignored as a longterm cooperative relationship.If not,you still need to charge a reasonable sample price.The amount would be quoted before the task acted.All the sample charge would be 100% refunded after the customer place us the order(should not be less than MOQ for each color).

What's sample&mass production leading time?

Sample Time:Usually within 7-10days for 1-3different designs; for more than 3designs,need to depend on actual speifications&requirments.

Mass Order Delivery Time:Usually within 40days after everything confirmed.Actually base on specifications&requirments&quantity,would be confirmed specificly when sign a purchasing order.
