Q: Are you the manufacturer of this product?
A: Yes we are factory for the stage equipment. Our factory is in Foshan City (near Guangzhou). You are welcome to visit anytime.

Q: Can you accept OEM?
A: Yes OEM service is provided. But different products get different MOQ for printing your logo. Please contact us for more
details.

Q: What certificates do you have?
A: Our products fully comply with CE, ROHS, and FCC, and Certifications are ready for your further checking.

Q: How about the lead time for my order?
A: This is subject to the order quantity, usually 5-15 days.

Q: How you ship the products to me?
A: The Express is chosen by most of the customers as it is fast, via DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT, etc. By Train / By Sea are also available for your consideration, since their cost is much lower than by Express.

Q: How long is the warranty for your products?
A: One year warranty. And after the warranty period, we provide replacement parts at cost only for your repair when needed.
