Fruit classifier grading machine introduce
Pour the fruit into the hopper and transport it to the top of the silica gel belt. From the small to large order, the appropriate pore size falls into the receiving tank body and flows out from the discharge port, thus completing the uniform separation of various sizes.
The equipment consists of a silicone belt and a frame part. The machine is mainly made of a combination of tensile, tear-resistant and anti-aging silicone materials. The principle is that the bell-mouth type is gradually enlarged from small to large, and the fruit is running forward. There is a stopper rod, so that the fruit placed on the silicone belt is dialed in the forward direction, so that the effect of classification is more accurate, thereby achieving the desired effect.
