No food colourings, no thickening agents, no caramels, and no preservatives are added. The First Sphere of Balsamic Vinegar to grate: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), natural thickener: agar-agar. Contains sulfites. Pearls with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (Cooked grape must, Wine vinegar) 10%, water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate.
