Product Description
High Quality and High Density Made in Italy Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Gocce 12 100 ml
Made from a balanced blend of cooked musts and excellent wine vinegars, it is a smooth-flowing, deep-coloured, glistening product with a sweet-and-sour taste. Aging in casks made from noble woods brings out all of its intense,
rich aroma, pleasantly highlighted by a sharp note. The taste-buds perceive a sweet, clean taste, coming also from the low acidity.
Excellent on fresh salads and grilled vegetables. Gives character to meat sauces if added when cooking is nearly finished. Adds zest to sauces for boiled meats and in mayonnaise. Ideal on vegetable omelettes. Adds flavour to white meats, cold cuts and starters.

OUR HISTORY
Terra del Tuono is an ancient vinegar factory, managed by the same family since 1892. Children have been succeeding their parents in its management. Today Tiziana and Massimo lead the Terra del Tuono’s beautiful family. Their sons, Alberto and Roberto, have been increasingly involved in the Acetaia’s affairs.

We produce real specialties with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, as well as the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO and different Condiments. All our Vinegars and Condiments are of the highest quality, completely natural, without any dye, thickener, preservative, caramel or similar substances. The only ingredients of our Balsamic Vinegars of Modena PGI are cooked grape must and wine vinegar, long aged in barrels of different types of wood, in order to give our specialties a truly unique flavor. We have always worked together with the best Chefs, in order to undergo the pursuit of new, refined tastes.
