Production Using Method
SEWING ON PATCHES
Use a thick enough needle and nylon thread to sew on the patch.
If you use the sewing machine, make sure the arm has enough opening to pass the garment through , which need rotate the garment all around on the sewing table .
In order to avoid the patch moving when sewing , you can use double side tape or glue to fix it .
IRON ON PATCHES
Garment s/b clean and freshly laundered .
Set iron tempreture, timing and press (using machine)
Throughly iron area of the garment where patch will be placed.
Place patch on the garment , emb facing up .
Place cloth or ligh towel over patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 second.
Turn garment inside out and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.
Let cool for one minute . If the edge of the patch can be lifted , repeat the above step to fix it well .
