Thermostatic brass mixing valve for solar water heater
Working principle
1.A heat sensor is installed at the water-outlet of valve,the valve core in the valve body is moved by the temperature sensor to block or open the cold,hot water-inlet.
2.The hot water opening is increased while the cold water opening is decreased.
3.When the temperature adjusting knob sets a certain temperature, the cold and hot water atio at the water-out-let will be changed as well,regardless of the change of the inlet cold water or hot water temperature,therefore,the constant outlet watertemperature is ensured.

Installation and notes
1.Red mark means hot water,blue mark means cold water.
2.After temperature is set,if there is anr change of inlet water temperature and pressure,the change of outlet water is ±2°c .
3.If the pressure of hot and cold water is not the same,it will install a retaining valve at the water-inlet to prevent cold anf hot water to flow cross.
4.The proportion of cold water and hot water is over 8:1,a pressure release valve shouled be installed at the side with higher pressure,to ensure proper adjusting of mixed water.
5.Pls check if the range of nominal pressure and temperature of mixing water conform to the product parameters or not.
