After the motor is repaired, the voltage level of the motor is often inconsistent and the capacity is too large. However, because the voltage level of the site is too low, the 6kV and 10KV high-voltage motor cannot be started. The motor test platform is specially designed for large and medium-sized motor manufacturing and maintenance enterprises. It carries out operation test on 6KV and 10KV motors with capacity range of 0-10000kW and voltage grade.


The testing content of this platform for motor after production or maintenance:
1、the motor circuit winding connection is correct;
2、When the motor is running, check whether the bearing vibration is within the normal range;
3、Heating condition of bearings after long operation.
