Q:Can we customize our products? 

A:Yes!Color,material, size, packaging can be customized according to your requirements. Standard hot selling models will be shipped muchfaster, though.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes!All the goods are 100% test and inspected before delivery. Strict quality control is carried throughout the whole production process, since wood selection, wood dry, wood assembly, upholstery,painting, hardware to final goods. 

Q: How do you guarantee your quality against wood cracking and warping ?

A: Floating structure and strict moisture control 8-12 degree. We have professional kiln-dry and conditioning room at every workshop.  All the models are tested in house during sample development period before mass production. 

Q: How can I get a sample? What’s the cost and lead time for the samples? 

A: We have stock for hot models with samples available. For the rest of models, you have to check with our sales person for details. All the

photographs are high resolution and without touch up, a test order will be highly recommended to shorten the development period.

 Q: What’s the lead time for mass production ?

A: Stocked hot selling models 80-120 days. For the rest products and OEM models, please check with our sales.

 Q: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and lead time ?

A:Stocked models :  MOQ 1x20GP/40HQ container with mixed products,  Lead time 40-120 days. OEM models :  MOQ 20pcs for wood furniture and sofa, 100pcs for chairs,

Lead time depends.

Q: What is the term of payment ?

A: T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance against copy of document.  

Q: How to place the order?

A: Your orders will be started after 30% deposit. 

Q: Whether to accept trade assurance?

A:  Yes! Trade assurance preference to offer you good guarantee.
