Vary temperature and keep fresh:

Pasteurize from 65°C to 85°C, and turns to automatic hygienization process, to keep the gelato mixture for 72 hours inside the machine without alter in its nutritional properties.

Food Grade 304 stainless steel, No dead ends, prevent bacterial growth.

A dedicated electrical connection is required. 220V/50Hz standard, you need to check local wire and socket the support of 220V 50Hz or 60Hz.
