Air Powered Hydraulic Foot Pump
Specification
It is a kind of plunger pump. Its working principle is to rely on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder to change the volume of the sealed working chamber to achieve oil absorption and pressure. Plunger pump has the advantages of high rated pressure, compact structure and high efficiency. The power source of the pedal pump is pneumatic, and the rated pressure is 70mpa.

Maintenance
1. Before using, the vent valve should be loosened firstly.
2. Change 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil after using more than 350 hours, clean the oil tank and suction port when changing the oil.
3. It is recommended that the air source be connected to the oil-water separator to reduce the condensate in the compressed air from entering the hydraulic pump and prolong the service life of the hydraulic pump.
4. Wrap PTFE Thread Seal Tape around the oil circuit connection and tighten it firmly to prevent oil from leaking out.
