automation glass, kitchen appliance glass etc. It consists of three parts, input and pre-positioning part, silk screen printing

Features:
1.Electric vertical lifting, using non-slip synchronous belt for lifting and conveying, fast and stable.
2.Pneumatic off-grid device makes the lifting speed and height adjustable.
3.Adopting the sturdy structural profiles, makes the whole machine print smoothly, supplemented by photoelectric switches to control positioning, accurate positioning and overprinting.
4.The speed is adjusted synchronously by linear guide frequency conversion during printing.
5.With automatic feeding and unloading functions, it can be connected to the drying line to ensure quality and increase output.
6.Exquisite cast aluminum alloy machine head, precision cylinder combination with linear guide block slider guide plate lifting device, easy to change screen and plate washing.
7.The angle of scraping and ink-reclaiming can be adjusted. Pneumatically off-grid prevent the large-area printing products from sticking and printing pattern paste, ensuring the products’ quality.
