Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. A logo usage authorization letter is required to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

Q: What the product certification does your factory have? And the certifications for which country?
A: We have CUPC certification for USA and Canada. Handmade stainless steel sinks in our factory are all certificated by CUPC now.

Q: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: Our development process - oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirement and expectation in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage. All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error – free products to our customers.

Q: What accessory does your factory provide for sinks products?
A: We can provide strainer, soap dispenser, colander, fruit basket, grids, wood cut board as well.

Q: What's your stainless steel grade?
A: Normally, our sink is made of 304 stainless steel. The thickness can be in 18gauge or 16gauge.

Q: Does your handmade sink need to pay for the expensive dumping tax when export to Amercian or Canada?
A: Our sinks are handmade sink series, including undermount , topmount, apront sink. And the most advantage of our sink products is no need to pay for the dumping tax.
