Cables, steel bars and steel wires are subjected to progressively straightening and straightening to obtain the final product, with reasonable operation of different steps for coils or stocks and unnatural materials. Therefore, for each step of production must be completed by its material support part of the flipping process, at this time the straightening and shaping operation begins, specifically in three steps:


1. Straightening: The material is returned to the original, this step is completed by the first few guiding straightening wheels (straightening wheels).

2. Removal of the residue due to the reel formed by the reel: This step is performed by a guide straightening wheel located in the middle of the straightener.


3. The last few guiding straightening rollers complete the forming of the steel wire: generally these guiding straightening rollers are placed at an angle of 90 degrees to the first few guiding straightening rollers. Usually these three steps should be combined, on the grounds that the straightener uses 5.7.1.11 or 13 guiding straightening rollers on the two planes. The manufacturing accuracy of the guide straightening roller has a major influence on the quality of the final product (steel wire) and the service life of the guiding straightening roller.

Therefore, the V-shaped straightening groove on the outer circle should have the same geometric characteristics and precision as the other parts of the guiding straightening roller. For this purpose, the V-grooves leading to the straightening rollers have been precision machined prior to assembly of the alignment straightening rollers.
