Product Overview
Applicable Scope:
V-type circulating bobbin creel is matched to use with batch warping machine for warping short staple. Its main advantages are
short frame body, no yarn guide between frame and expansion reed, especially applicable to certain short fiber sensitive to
friction and realize high-speed operation with low tension level, which is is favorable for reducing tension difference and
breakage rate of yarn during warping; The staggered bobbin arrangement optimizes space utilization, V type interior can store
stand-by bobbin creel, convenient for worker to operate, with short creeling, it will reduce stopping time during warping. This
bobbin creel is especially applicable to high speed warping.
Technical characteristics:
1. After inserting extra bobbin inside creel, drive and rotate for creeling collectively through electric cycle chain, it can also
be chosen for single side creeling;
2. Two wings of creels are arranged in V shape, the yarn is guided in externally yarn-guiding way, yarn is unwinding in the free
state and can obtain higher warping speed.
3. During warp beam winding, it will soften yarn to minimize damage to yarn;
4. Jaw gripper integrates yarn breakage detection device with self-diagnostic function and jet device to clean gripper, with
opening design of gripper, it makes threading easier. When start up and shut down, apply soft braking to yarn so as to avoid yarn
relaxation when acceleration and deceleration.
5. Yarn breakage detection device integrating sensor with function to automatically detect current yarn count on creel, can
automatically store position of yarn sensor, without yarn, the sensor can also display, which improve efficiency of variety
change.
6. Sensor can detect yarn end numbers and will display each spindle, each column and left & right during yarn breakage action.LED
monitor in the front of creel can also display specific position of yarn breakage, convenient to handle broken ends and improve
production efficiency.
7. The integrated air seal device and pre-tension rod device can offer tension compensation of yarn flexibility during shut down
and start up, difference of yarn tension before and after can also be reduced by adjusting wrap angle of pre-tension rod.
8. Pure mechanical-type yarn cutting device is durable (optional)
9. Front side of creel is equipped with independent control box.
