Unit area filtration yield of filter (Pore size 10ppi and thickness 22mm):
◎ Grey iron castings less than 4kg/cm2
◎ Ductile iron castings less than 2kg/cm2
3.The parameters are for reference only. Filtration yield depends on parameters such as filter location, pouring temperature, and pouring height etc. To ensure the best filtration effects, directly pouring of molten metal into the filter is not recommended. A small-scale verification for safety shall be performed before the confirmation of the project.
