A: If your project is in Australia we promise all of our glass should have AS/NZS 2208 mark. If your project local in America, our products will have CE certification.
Q: If we buy building materials from you, is it hard to install by ourselves?
A: All of our products easy to install and no need weld, we 100% sure you can install it without any problem.
Q: Do you have any installation guide/drawing for us?
A: We will send you detailed installation instructions and drawing, if you still not understand we can show you the installation video.
Q: How long will it not rust /anti rust after install? How to maintain?
A；For the staircase indoor, we did anti-rust paint after Chemical treatment, ten years will not rust at least. For the staircase outdoor, we can do hot galvanizing, if the environment is not too wet (like the seaside), It will keep 20 years not rust.
Q: Is any guarantee I can get from you?
A: Our products will have 5 years guarantee, all fitting can be changed for free within 3 years.
Q: Can you offer other products for our house?
A: Yes, we are pleased to offer one stop solution for your house. You just send us your house plan, we will check if any other thing we can offer.
