Product Description
It is suitable for packaging pill, capsule, candy, honey, chocolates, butter, biscuits, perfume, essence, face-mask etc with AL/PL, PL/PL materials.
The system consists of five parts: feeding, material welding, ear band welding, edge welding, mask output and electrical control.
It can use 1-4 layers of PP spunbonded non-woven activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine operates automatically in one line from raw material feeding to nose bar insertion, edge sealing, cutting and ear band welding.
