Strut C Channel Slotted Unistrut Channel
C Channel is a long strip of steel with concave section. It belongs to carbon structural steel used in construction and machinery. It refers to the steel produced by cold bending of the coil, has the characteristics of thin wall, light weight, excellent thermal performance, and high strength. Compared with traditional channel steel, it has the advantages of cost-saving materials.
Now C Channel is widely used in the purlins, wall beams and lightweight roof trusses of steel structure buildings, and can also be assembled into other building components by itself. In addition, it is used in the manufacture of light center columns, beams and arms of machinery.
C-type purlins currently circulating on the market are divided into 80, 100, 120, 140, and 160 steels according to different heights. The length of specifications can be determined according to the engineering design, but considering the conditions of transportation and installation, the total length generally does not exceed 12 meters.
