Who are we?
Ronsen Billiards Limited is established and operated by Kevin Wong and his friend Lee ChenLiang in year 2008. In earliler years, Kevin and Lee started selling pool tables only to China market with a combination of hard work, determination, and great pride. In year 2012, we start to own our factory with more than 23 workers and aimed to overseas market. All tables are handcrafted on our premises. Our craftsmen design and build to your particular specifications from a wide choice of the best quality timbers and finishes. We specialise in retailing customisable solid wood Pool Tables, Pool Dining Tables, Snooker Tables and many other Luxury Games Tables.

Q3: What table color options or felt/cloth color options do you have?
- - - For table color options, we can make pure colors like white, black, grey, mahogany, charcoal etc or textured wood grains with different colors (we can also customize colors/textures if you provide your sample). For felt/cloth color options, we have green, blue, camel, black, red, burgundy, purple, grey, gold etc. We have samples to show online for your choose.
Q4: Can you provide pool table accessories?
- - - Yes we provide FREE one set accessories for every table so basically you don't need to buy accessories in your local market.
Q5: How can I place an order?
- - - Our simple process will be like this. Order details confirmation - Make payment - Factory manufacuture - Work photos to confirm - Make packages - Arrange shippment - Customer receive packages.
Q6: How long does it take to make a new pool table? How long does it take for shipping?
- - - It depends on complexity of different table. Normally it takes 7/12 days to make a new pool table. We always try our best to complete earlier without delay. With regards to shipping, it depends on which country are you from? Please discuss online. Take USA country for example, it takes around 25 days (sea shipping - port to port ) + 7 days (door delivery - port to house).
Q7: How can I install pool table? is it easy?
- - - It's actually easy to install pool table. We can provide pool table instruction manual as reference and installations tools/hardwares. But we always suggest client to hire a professional technician to install to avoid mistakes and save time.
Q8: What is the payment method that you can accept?
- - - We prefer to accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T Wire Transfer, Western Union, WechatPay or AliPay etc.
