Packing & Delivery




Inner package:plastic bag & carton cases one pcs/box (different size depending on the size )
Outer package :wooden cases (mix packing or every size packing:in usually the size of 1100mm*1100mm*1100mm ,the 20 feet container can hold 18 wooden cases .) pack all goods in wooden case or pallet and cover it with plastic sheet,to avoid carton damage and rain and container condensation water

Problems In Use and Solutions


Problem:

Crack in the rubber ball- long storage time and short service life.

Solution:
1.For products stored for a long time,check the appearance before use.If they are damaged or old,they cannot be installed and used again.

2.Check the site installation environment,If it's installed outdoors without shelter,it is recommended to install a protective cover to protect the rubber joint from wind,sun and rain and prolong the service life of the rubber joint.


Problem:

Rubber pull off and nylon cord fabric leaked out .

Solution:
Added the limit rod.It can protect expansion joint from Over-expansion joint and Over-compression.It can prevent squirming on
longer expansion joint.


Problem:

The flange holes are rusty

Solution:
1.Enhanced flange galvanizing technology
2.When storing rubber joints,avoid placing them in rain,sun exposure or wet place.

1. Is the flange galvanized?
Yes, carbon steel flange not painting anticorrosive paint must be galvanized in order to avoid rusting. Usually, we choose
electronic galvanized and hot dip galvanized, and most of our customers will choose hot galvanizing.

2. What kind of standard of your drilled flange?
Besides Chinese national standard, we also support American standard, German standard, British standard, Japanese standard,
European standard and Australia standard. If you can give us the center distance of the hole, the number and diameter, we can also produce customized flange.

3 Can the inner layer rubber and outside layer rubber be made using different rubber?
Yes, we can produce the rubber joint according to the environment the rubber joint is used in, and we will choose different rubber for the inner layer and outside layer.

4. Can I only buy ball without the flange?
Yes, and the price will be cheaper. For small diameter rubber joint, we have goods in stock and we can offer you a free for your test,but for large diameter rubber joint you need order.

5. How long is your product’s warranty?
24 month. From the day the customer receiving the goods, we grant a free replacement if the products have any problems during the guarantee period.

6. Does the rubber joint have inspection report?
Yes, all of our product will be conducted hydro test and leave the factory with a qualified inspection report.

7. Can you offer the drawing?
Yes, we have a excellent engineer team, and they will offer your professional drawing and technical support.
