BL-1200B 2000BPH Bottle blow molding machine
BL-1200B semi automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-2000ml. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle etc.
The front and rear fixed template, the intermediate movable template, the double toggle link mechanism, and the mold clamping cylinder push the cylinder piston through the electromagnetic directional control valve to drive the connecting rod toggle to realize the mold clamping action. Because the cylinder force is balanced with the four axes, the double toggle has two upper and lower fulcrums
Mold clamping, so the template runs smoothly, the clamping force is large, and the mold clamping structure design is reasonable.
It is composed of a stretch solenoid valve, a high-pressure blowing valve, a stretch sealing cylinder, a movable sealing block, and a blowing air storage tank. When working, the drawing cylinder piston and the sealing cylinder piston are pushed by the electromagnetic direction control valve to drive the drawing rod and the sealing cylinder to fall on the closed mold. The sealing cylinder seals the preform mouth, and the drawing rod is elastic to the heated one. The preform is stretched longitudinally, and the gas stored in the gas tank is blown into the preform in both directions by the high-pressure blowing valve through the sealing cylinder.
