A: Yes, we can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers for free.
Q3. Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
A: We are both a manufacturer and a trading company, we have our own factory and production lines to provide competitive products with high quality and good price. We also have professional purchaser to help you with outsourcing for the particular goods.

A: We provide 5 years guarantee for products main body and 1 year for spare parts(cartridge, flexible hose etc). If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair parts will be sent in the next order.

A: Yes, we understand that it is not easy for you to order big quantity for a new item, so in the beginning we could accept small quantity, to help you open your market step by step.
Q6. What is your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before delivery. We also accept cash, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay and L/C is available.
