Our 3d epoxy floor paint is a two component flexible epoxy coating system ( 2:1 Mix Ratio of Two Resins to one Curative). Clear Epoxy Resin Coating is flexible, durable and abrasion resistant epoxy flooring solution. Colored Epoxies has formulated 100% Clear Resin non amber very flexible bendable when fully cured will not crack and break has ZERO VOC & VOHAP free, odorless, 100% solids, with a 40 minute indoor pot life. Colored epoxies Resin is a two part resin to be combined with one part 100% Clear Hardener 2:1 ratio. Easy to use, will not set off fast.  Has superb performance in architectural applications.

Before you construction, you need to prepar all tools such as flat scrapper, the sawtooth trowel, adhesive plaster, needle roller, ect.

1. Clear the ground and smoothe concave and convex. 

2. Mosaic ground press 1cm to splice.

3. Mix primer wih hardener by weight, and stir it evenly.

4. Using flat scraper scrape coating (scatch twice according to base floor suitation) surface dry about 5 hours.

5. Mix middle coating with hardener by weight, and stir it wvenly. Using flat scraper scrape middle coating, then using rollers roll second time.

6. Using adhesive plaster to fix 3D image in case there is any mismatch. Scratch PVC glue between 3D images and the floor. Exhause bubble at the same time.

7. Mix transparent self-leveling epoxy coating with hardener by weight , scraper it by the sawtooth trowel. Surface dry is at least 24hs

Paint : 20kg / bucket

Curing agent : 10kg /bucket

Per pallet can be hold 18 buckets, per woodenbox can be hold 27 buckets. And we support packing customized!
