Is there a warranty for iWorkpod?
There are 10-year limited warranty applies for strucutre, and 3 years applies for consumable parts, more details pls refer to our Warranty policy

How are the pods and booths powered?
It can be plugged into a standard wall or floor socket, the entire pod can be powered by one single external power point


What kind of power outlets do the pods and booths provide?
iTalk/S: 1 x Power + 1 x USB + 1 x CAT 6
iFocus/M: 3 x Power + 1 x USB + 1 x CAT 6
iMeet/iCollab : 3 x Power + 1 x USB + 1 x CAT 6


Which electronic components can be changed?
All the electronic components can be replaced separately.


How long are the power cables?
3 Meters as standard OR with your COM length


Where the negative power socket location on the pod?
There are power cord extended from the pod, so your exteral power can either be from Back/LHS/RHS wall socket or floor box; We help client for power from ceiling for special orders


Do the pods cause an interference with wireless singals(WIFI etc)?
No

Is there a way to adjust ventilation and lighting?
LED Strip Light, Color temp 4000K, index up to Ra90, efficiency up to 84lm/W
Our ventilation is automated and controlled by our circuit boards, and light is not dimable but comfortable enough


Is color customized?
Do you have MOQ?
Laminated White/Black body as standard, rest by COM, wooden texture is available; Our interior color is quite flexiable as per our color swatches, COM fabric acceptable
We don't have MOQ :):)


Is it possible to have the iWork Pod with a right-handed door?
Sure! Free Door is iWorkpod strong features. You are free to have RHS or LHS door, or even the door locations.


Do you provide build in furniture?
Yes, we have furniture packages to suit our pod perfectly, please refers to our website and brochures.


Do you provide installation service for Overseas projects?
We have detailed manual instruction and video to make sure installation is easily done, and we do able to offer installation
service by clients costs


Is the installation easy done?
iWorkpod is well designed as a modular concept to make sure the insatllation is easy. It take 2 installers up to 3 hours/P for iTalk; 2 installers up to 5 hours/P for iFocus; 4 installers up to 5 hours/P for iMeet/iCollab

Do the pods need sprinklers?
The products can be considered movable furniture and doesn't require sprinkler, however, our products can be fitted with
sprinklers if required by local regulations.


How much noise do the fans make?
We got small fans at the bottom, and big fans on top. The fans are there to keep the air flowing and the temperature is fresh. We have the fans as quiet as possible so that it won't significantly increase the noise level in a typical office environment.
